Yahoo! Mail’s Delivery Problem

Recently, some clients have reported that they were not able to email us with their Yahoo! email accounts. In regards to this, we have contacted our email service provider. We found that the root of the problem was from Yahoo and it could take a while before the issue could be solved.

Students and parents are strongly advised to follow one of the measures below to avoid delay in your applications:

• Email us with an email account provided by another service provider. In our experience, emails from Gmail and Hotmail are able to get through our email server.
• When you send your email, send a copy (CC) to our Gmail address b.united.hk@gmail.com.
• You may also send us simple documents through Whatsapp (9709 1269). When you send through Whatsapp, please be reminded to include student’s full name in English to help us direct your documents to your education consultant.

How to send a copy (cc) of your email?

• Before you send out your email, put our email address b.united.hk@gmail.com into the CC field.
• If the CC field is not display, please press the CC button in the right hand side of the recipient field.
