Application Procedures
Student & Parents

- Recommends schools and programmes based on student’s academic background and other requests
- Submits applications on behalf of student
Entrance exams and interviews (virtual or face-to-face) will be arranged when neccessary
Schools & Institutions
- Review applications (normally takes two to eight weeks)
- Issue offers (Conditional / Unconditional Offer)
Student & Parents
- Accept an offer
- Pay deposit
- Prepare application documents for student visa (such as TB Test, etc)
British United
- Assists in student visa application
- Assists in enrollment procedures and other matters
such as guardianship arrangement, student insurance, name type, etc
Student & Parents
- Flight arrangement
- Other personal necessities and matters
such as SIM card, bank account - OEA application (applicable to civil servant families only)
British United
- Pre-departure seminars
- Assists in arrangement airport pick-up service
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- School reports of the last 2-3 years
- Awards and certificates of extracurricular activities
- Passport copy
- Passport photos x 2
- Public examination certificates (HKDSE, GCSE, A-levels)
- English examination certificates (IELTS for UKVI) (applicable to some students at F.5 or above level)
Additional Application Documents:
Higher Education (Undergraduate or Above):
- Personal statement
- Reference letter (academic or work reference)
- Course outline (top-up Programmes only)
- Resume (postgraduate only)
Art & Design Programmes:
- Art portfolio
