Located in the South West of England, West Buckland School is a boarding school with very good records of academic achievement. In 2019, 74% of students achieved A*-B. Art & Design, French, English Literature, History and Mathematics are the strongest subjects of the School. Many students were able to continue their education in top universities, including LSE, UCL, King’s, Bristol, Durham, Sheffield, etc. While the majority of students progressed to universities in the UK, a number of Hong Kong students were able to get into Chinese University and Polytechnic University of Hong Kong in the past, doing subjects such as economics, nursing, advertising, etc.
