Sammi Zheng (Regional Manager for East Asia) will introduce the flagship and most popular programmes, as well as unique traditions in University of St Andrews. She will also share important information and tips on admissions, which are suitable for both undergraduate and postgraduate applicants:
- Flagship & Popular Programmes in University of St Andrews
- Unique Rituals and Traditions: The Red Academic Gown, the Gaudie and Pier Walk, the May Dip – many of these traditions have hundreds of years of history behind them, cultivating a strong sense of belonging among students and alumni. The University Representative will share the history and significance of these rituals and traditions, to give students a taste of this unique side of campus life
- Admissions Information & Application Tips: The University Representative will share important information like entry requirements, tips on preparing the Personal Statement, as well as the various deadlines for Postgraduate programmes

The University Representative will start with a 30-45 minute presentation, so do join us on time! After the presentation, students and parents will have the opportunities to ask further questions in group or individually

Pathway Programmes: Open to F.5 Students Only!
University of St Andrews runs its own pathway programmes, which is open to F.5 students only. All students who have attempted a public exam are required to apply directly to undergraduate. Under this special arrangement, F.5 students can complete their degree in University of St Andrews within five years if they go for the International Year One: Science programmes – the same length as studying a foundation and a degree in other English universities.
