Ranked the 97^th globally (QS 2025) and the 30^th in the UK, University of Nottingham is a Russell Group university that has enjoyed a global reputation as one of the QS World’s Top 100 universities for more than 10 years (2012-2021, 2024). This year, while just missing the cut, the University is still ranked within top 100 for Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Law, Psychology, Education and Mechanical Engineering (QS 2025). Within the UK, University of Nottingham has been for many years one of the top 3 universities most targeted by UK’s top employers, while it’s the top university for graduate careers for four consecutive years (2018/19-2021/22)! University of Nottingham teaches 51 academic disciplines, among which 24 are ranked among top 10 in the UK – including Architecture, Building & Surveying, Economics, Sports Science, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, American Studies and Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Particularly popular among Hong Kong students are Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Business Management and Law. Its 5-year Pharmacy (MPharm) programme is particularly noteworthy as it comes with a Pre-Registration Training year, which means that students can complete the crucial pre-registration training for pharmacists in the UK with their student visa, without the hassle of switching to another visa.
