Located in the mid-land of England, the University of Gloucestershire is an university that focuses on business, art & design, computer sciences and other subjects in the humanities. Landscape Architecture is one of the strongest areas of the University and the programme is ranked 2nd in the UK. Other than that, the University also provides a wide range of art & design programmes related to popular culture and media, including Pop Music (production and promotion), TV & Film production, Photography (commercial, documentary, journalistic) and Multimedia design.
University of Gloucestershire has relatively lower entry requirements and accepts associate and higher diploma graduates to 2nd and final year of their degree courses.

BA (Hons) Landscape Architecture
Landscape architecture programmes of University of Gloucestershire are leading programmes in the field. It’s the oldest established UK course with international accreditation by International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA). The University of Gloucestershire is ranked the 10th in Town Planning & Landscape by the Complete University Guide 2016. Such is the 2nd best result among programmes accredited by the Landscape Institute (UK). The programme is a qualifying programme of the Landscape Institute (UK) and students therefore are eligible to pursue HKILA qualification after graduation. The programme is studio-based in dedicated studios with industry standard IT software and printing facilities in the Francis Close Hall campus. Only 28% of time will be spent in lectures. In the rest of the time, students will be doing field visits and working on real-life landscape design projects to earn practical experience.
2-Year Fast-Track degrees
The University offers Fast-Track degrees in popular subjects, including business, computing, law, multimedia web design, sports sciences and more. The programmes enable you to condense your studies by studying throughout vacation periods in summer and are ideal for mature students, students wishing to convert to a new subject or students who want to gain their degree qualification as quick as possible. Tuition fee of a fast-track degree is similar to that of a normal 3-year degree. Students will be able to save as much as HKD$200,000 of tuition and accommodation expenses.
