The American School in England is an international school in the South West of London, which is only about 20 minutes away from London Heathrow airport. With a student population of 50 nationalities, the School offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) and the American high school system with Advanced Placement (AP) courses, which can prepare students for entry into higher education the UK, the US and elsewhere in the world. The class of 2018 saw about 40% of graduates staying in the UK for university and about 40% going to the States. Their choices of universities include Oxbridge in the UK, as well as New York University, George Washington University, etc. In 2017, IB average score is 32.
