Medical Programme
Coordinated by the Head of Sixth Form, the Medical Programme in St Michael’s School provides extra support to students who wish to apply to medical schools. These include personal consunelling, preparation for medcial entrance tests such as UCAT and BMAT, work placement opportunities, as well as arranging seminars and visits to medical schools. From 2018 to 2022, there are a total of 62 students who are admitted into Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Medicine. The class of 2020 was a particularly successful cohort, which saw 14 students making it to medical schools – that is extremely encouraging considered that there are only 50 to 60 graduates from St Michael’s School every year!
