Roedean School: Registration Deadline for Year 7, 9 & 12

Roedean School is a top girls’ boarding and day school known for its strong academic profile. Located in the coastal town of Brighton, its campus is situated on the iconic White Cliff, enjoying a stunning view of the ocean. Students from Roedean School have consistently achieved excellent results in public exams, which put the School firmly within the league of top 50-150 independent schools in the UK. The class of 2026 achieved an overall A*-B rate of 81% in A-levels, with 29 students awarded all A*-A grades and four progressing to Oxbridge. Notable alumni include Hong Kong actress Jessica Hsuan, shoe designer Beatrix Ong MBE (former creative director of Jimmy Choo), as well as Olive Margaret Willis, the founder of Downe House School.

Application & Exam Arrangement

Roedean School mainly accepts boarding students into the year groups listed below. Applicants are required to complete their registrations before the deadlines, in accordance to their year groups. Eligible applicants will be invited to sit an entrance exam and an admission interview.

• Year 7: Registrations close in September
• Year 9: Registrations close in September
• Year 12: Registrations close in September
