Queen Anne’s School: Music Scholarship Audition

Queen Anne’s School is a girls’ boarding school located in the suburb of Reading, in the south of England. It’s a boarding school with over 120 years of history, known for outstanding results and its forward looking approach to education. Queen Anne’s has advocated STEM education, promoted the important of learning skills via its own teaching & learning research initiative “Brain Can Do”, and introduced new options of extracurricular activities, to make sure that its teaching will stands the test of time! In the past four years (2015-2018), A*-B rates ranged from 64% to 77%, with students progressing to top UK universities such as Bristol, Durham, King’s College London, Imperial College and more!

One-Year GCSE

Queen Anne’s School can allow a limited number of students to join them in Year 11 every year, where they would spend about a year to prepare for GCSE. Students will join British students in mainstream classes, instead of attending separate classes like what they would do in a lot of one-year GCSE programmes, which help students adapt to their new learning environment. It’s an excellent option for F.4 students with good level of English!

Music Scholarship Audition Arrangement: Up to 50% Reduction on Boarding Fees

John Padley, Director of Music from Queen Anne’s School, will be visiting Hong Kong on 23/2 (Saturday), to hold the Music Scholarship Audition. Successful applicants of the Music Scholarship will enjoy a fee waiver of up to 50%. Interested students are advised to make an appointment with an education consultant of British United in advance.
