Kilgraston School

Kilgraston School is a Catholic girls’ boarding school in countryside Perthshire, which is just 15 minutes away from the city of Perth and about 1-1.5 hours from Edinburgh and Glasgow. Kilgraston School follows the Scottish curriculum, teaching the National 5 in senior school, and the Scottish Advanced Highers & Scottish Highers in sixth form, where students will typically study five subjects, which is more than what they’d normally do under the A-levels curriculum (ie. three subjects). In 2023, the overall A-B rate in Scottish Highers is at 77%. According to the latest university destinations data (2016-2021), the majority of students from Kilgraston School continued their studies in Scottish universities, with University of Edinburgh and University of Glasgow being the most popular destinations. There were also a good number of students who made it to University of St Andrews – the top university in Scotland!
