Hazlegrove Prep School is a junior boarding school in Somerset, which is under the same foundation as traditional boarding school King’s Bruton School. Currently there are close to 350 students in Hazlegrove Prep School. Set within 200 acres of parkland, its self-contained and well-equipped campus is only 20 minutes from the senior school. In terms of leavers’ destinations, normally about 40% of students would progress to King’s Bruton School. Other popular destinations include boarding schools such as Bryanston, Canford School, Millfield School, Sherborne School, Downside School, etc. Notable alumni include Peter Wilson (Olympics gold medalist for trap shooting), Tobias Jones (British writer), etc.
