Gordonstoun School is a prestigious boarding school in coastal area of Northern Scotland with close link with the Royal family of the UK. The School has educated three generations of the British Royal family (including Prince Philip, King Charles and Princess Anne’s daughters), the son of legendary musician David Bowie and many other influential figures and their offspring. Over 60% of students come from England and Scotland and about 70% of all students are boarders. There are Oxbridge and SAT preparation programmes that provide interview and other relevant training to prepare students for top universities around the global. Students perform well in music and the arts outside classroom, while all of them are required to undertake seamanship training on the 80-feet vessel owned by the School providing a unique learning experience.
