Fettes College a traditional Scottish boarding school, which is also known as “Scotland’s Eton” – a symbol of its reputation as one of Scotland’s most prestigious boarding schools. Fettes’s alumni include many notable figures in UK’s politics as well as business, sports and cultural sector. They include former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and the 2015 Nobel laureate in Economics Angus Deaton.

Fettes College offers the choice of GCE A-levels and the International Baccelette (IB) in sixth form. In the past five years (2012-2016), students have achieved excellent A*-B rates of 74% to 80% in GCE A-levels. And in 2017, an average IB score of 37.1, while 57% of exam entries were grades A*-A in GCE A-levels, or 7-6 in the IB.
