David Game College is an independent sixth form college founded in 1974, which currently educates about 300 students. Course options include GCSE, GCE A-levels, University Foundation programmes, as well as a Medical Programme tailored to support medical school applicants. In the latest Ofsted inspection, David Game College was rated the top grade “Outstanding” in every category. Moved to its new campus in central London (Zone 1) in the 2017/18 academic year, David Game College now also offers hall of residence, providing improved support for international students!

A-levels + Medical & Life Sciences Programme
Students aiming at Medicine, Veterinary Medicine and Dentistry can benefit from the Medical & Life Sciences Programme during their A-levels studies in David Game College. Led by Principal John Dalton and taught by Chemistry & Biology tutor Dr Peter Stanley, not only will the programme provides application support for medical school applications, it will also provide extra learning activities that strengthen student’s medical knowledge:
- Preparation for medical school admission test UCAT
- Training for medical school interview (MMI)
- Lectures about the National Health Service (NHS) and other medical topics
- Assistance in securing healthcare work experience
Principal John Dalton has extensive experience as editor for medical journal Current Opinion in Gastroenterology and medical textbook, while Dr Peter Stanley – who has over 30 years of experience – holds a PhD in Biochemistry from University College London (UCL) and has taught pre-clinical modules during his time as a PhD student in UCL. Dr Iqbal, who is a consultant physician in NHS, will be able to share front-line experience as a doctor!
University Destinations: 50%+ Graduates Continued their Education in London, with a Good Number progressing to University of Manchester!
Graduates from David Game College – no matter they’re from the A-levels class and University Foundation programmes – have produced some very outstanding progression records, with many studying the flagship programmes at top universities! Taking the classes of 2023 and 2024 (which have over 300 graduates) as examples, David Game College saw three graduates progressing to University of Cambridge. 66 students went on to study Medicine, Science & Mathematics, including six Medicine students – five of them progressed to medical schools via the University Foundation programmes! Among students interested in Architecture and Art & Design, roughly 1/5 were able to progress to University of the Arts London (UAL). Location-wise, close to 150 students continued their education in London, with Queen Mary, City, King’s College London and University of Westminster being the most popular choices. Outside of London, Manchester followed in terms of popularity, with 12 students progressing to University of Manchester – eight of them via the University Foundation programmes!
