Blundell’s School is a traditional boarding school in Devon, the South West of England, with a gigantic campus of 100 acres. The School scores high as a boarding school – a long tradition of over 400 years, outstanding academic results, a wide range of extracurricular activities, plus a majority of local British students! Currently there are about 500 students in the senior school (from Year 7), in which about 70% are boarders. In the past two years (2024-2025), the overall A*-B rates in GCE A-levels were between 70% to 80%. Normally over 50% of graduates would progress to research-intensive universities under the Russell Group. Notable alumni include Archibald Hill (Winner of Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine), as well as Sir Geoffry Northcote (former Governor of Hong Kong).
