A Virtual Seminar in Surveying & Construction Management by Aston University Birmingham
Architects, Surveyors and Engineers are three key pillars of any large-scale construction projects. While surveyors analyze the use of land, deal with valuation and cost control, architects develop concepts, create meaningful use of space and the design in and out of the building. Engineers are involved to oversee the building processes, ensuring it’s proceeding in a safe and smooth manner. Of course, this is just a highly simplified description. In reality, there are different divisions and working groups under each profession, with each focusing on different aspects of the process!
