University of Westminster 位於倫敦市中心，前身為皇家理工學院（Royal Polytechnic Institution，英國最早成立的理工學院之一），教學歷史可追溯至 1838 年之久，及後於 1992 年正式升格成為大學，至今仍然是不少居於倫敦的在職人士的進修選擇！University of Westminster 以新聞及傳理、時裝設計、建築、藝術及設計系等學科範疇最為人所知，在英國，甚至國際間均具名氣。新聞及傳理系過去曾多次獲選為全球最佳首 100 位的傳理學院（QS 2013-2025），時裝設計系近年亦在業內聲名大噪，建築學院亦曾在建築業雜誌《Architects’ Journal》裡，獲業內建築師票選為英國第二佳的建築學院（2013）。由於悠久的歷史，知名畢業生亦遍布英國各界別，尤其是建築、藝術圈及傳媒界，當中不少更是獲英國皇室勳銜的人士。
