Swansea University（工程學院）

Swansea University 在最新的學術研究水平調查（REF 2014）裡有令人喜出望外的表現，較六年前的同類調查躍升 26 位，現於過百所英國大學中排名第 26 位。與此同時，學生滿意度仍然保持理想，屬英國最佳第八位，傳理系、醫療科技系更錄得 100% 滿意度，多個工程學科的滿意度亦達 87% 至 94%，反映校方在大力推動學術研究的同時，能照顧學生的學習需要，兩者相得益彰。

科研水平媲美傳統工程學院

工程學院是 Swansea 最受注目的學院，在工程相關的科研水平相當高。在英國學術研究水平調查（REF 2014）中，94% 相關研究項目被評為「領導全球（World Leading）」及「國際優秀（Internationally Excellent）」，評分與 UCL、Bristol 等傳統工程學院相若。
