With over 100 years of history, St Leonards School, St Andrew’s has always been a pioneer in advocating and implementing new education policies. It’s also currently the only Scottish school that implements solely the IB diploma curriculum in sixth form. Average score in the IB exams of 2022 is 35 points.
The School’s close links with the world famous University of St Andrews really come to the fore in the Senior School. Aside from receiving lectures from visiting members of the University’s academic staff, students in St Leonards School also has access to the University library and gym.
