Kent College, Pembury is a traditional all girls boarding school in the South East of England, which is only 40 minutes away from London by train. Students from the College have consistently achieved outstanding results in public exams. In the three years before the pandemic (2017-2019). A*-B rates in GCE A-levels are between from 70% to 72%, while in 2023 the A*-B rate was at 66%.
Students with a particular interest in cookery, wine tasting or perhaps nutrition will find Kent College, Pembury an attractive option. Starting from Year 7, they will have the opportunities to opt for Food Technology and related subjects. At sixth form, they can take the Basic Certificate of the Leiths School of Food & Wine, which will equip them with the cookery skills and knowledge in nutrition that benefit a career as a chef or a nutritionist.
