Felsted School is a traditional all-through boarding school in the South East of England with over 450 years of history. In sixth form, the School now offers both GCE A-levels and the International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes. It’s also highly rated in the latest inspection report (ISI) and is awarded the highest “Excellent” rating in all nine areas of inspections, including quality of teaching, boarding provision and administration.
Sports and music are two of the School’s strongest areas. Felsted’s sport teams have impressive track records in a range of sports and have in the past educated a number of Olympics players. The hockey teams, in particulars, are regional and nationals champions. In partnership with Guildhall School of Music and Drama (one of the world’s top 10 performing art schools), Felsted School can allow the flexibility for young musicians to attend advanced music trainings at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama as well as in the Felsted Music Department – a very good option for students aiming to study in top music schools in the future.
